Terms of Use

1. Agreement and publisher

By installing, accessing or using Note 711, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Note 711 is published by Inlabcs. References to “Note 711,” “we,” “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to the product and its publisher, as appropriate.

2. License to use the application

Subject to these Terms and the applicable platform Store terms, Inlabcs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Note 711 on supported devices for lawful personal or internal purposes.

You do not acquire ownership of the application, its design, software, brand, Tablet identities or other intellectual property.

3. Your content and local storage

You retain responsibility for the notes, tasks, appointments, routines, links, ideas and other content you create. You must have the right to store and use that content.

Everyday Tablet content is stored locally on your device under the current production architecture. Note 711 does not provide a developer-hosted account, cloud sync or Note 711 cloud backup.

You are responsible for protecting your device, maintaining enough storage and managing any device-level backups that your operating system or platform may offer.

4. Exports and deletion

Where Export Tablet is available, you can create a user-initiated copy and choose where to save or share it. You are responsible for protecting exported files after they leave the app.

Permanent Delete removes the selected Tablet and its local content and cannot be undone. Export first if you need a copy. Deleting local content does not automatically cancel or transfer a platform Store purchase.

5. One-time purchases

Classic #1 is permanently free. Access to other Tablets or additional Tablet capacity may be offered through permanent one-time digital purchases. Note 711 does not use a subscription in the current commercial model.

Purchases are processed by the applicable platform Store. The Store controls the final localized price, currency, taxes, payment processing and purchase confirmation. Note 711 does not receive your card credentials.

A purchase grants the access described in the Store listing and in-app purchase screen. It does not grant ownership of the application or guarantee that every future feature or Tablet type will be included.

6. Restore, refunds and revocations

Restore Purchases can recover eligible permanent access when the same supported platform and Store account can verify the purchase. Restore does not recover local Tablet content from another device.

Refunds, cancellations and purchase disputes are handled under the applicable Store rules. A refunded, revoked, unsupported or invalid entitlement may become locked or read-only while its existing local content remains preserved.

7. Availability and product changes

We may update, improve, add, remove or change product features, Tablet types, compatibility requirements and Store availability. We aim to preserve user content, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Some functionality depends on your device, operating system, platform Store, notification service, internet connection or other services outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

Note 711, its logos, visual system, Tablet identities, software, interface, text and related materials are owned by or licensed to Inlabcs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense or create derivative commercial products from protected Note 711 materials except where applicable law expressly permits.

9. Prohibited use

• Do not use Note 711 for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass purchase, ownership, security or access controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, interfere with or disrupt the app or related services except where applicable law expressly permits.
• Do not introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests or misuse another person’s device, content or Store account.

10. Platform and third-party services

Your use of a platform Store, operating-system notification service, export destination or other third-party service is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Inlabcs is not responsible for services it does not control.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Note 711 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will meet every requirement, remain uninterrupted or preserve data in every device failure, deletion, loss or platform event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inlabcs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, opportunity or profits arising from use of or inability to use Note 711.

You are responsible for maintaining exports or backups appropriate to the importance of your local content. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the product, commercial model, platform requirements or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from their effective date, subject to applicable law.
